Who we are

Drama Chain runs the streaming site dramachain.tv. This policy explains what data we collect, what we use it for, who we share it with and how you can delete it. Contact: support@dramachain.tv.

What we collect

When you sign in: your name, email address and the account ID of the sign-in method you choose. When you use the site: the episode you are watching and where you stopped, the series you follow, your purchase history (plan, amount, time, order code) and the devices you are signed in on (browser type, last used). When you open the site: the country inferred from your IP address, only to pick the language and currency, and usage statistics from Google Analytics (pages viewed, device and browser type, country, where you came from) so we know which series and pages people watch. If you watch without signing in, we do not know who you are.

Data we receive from Google

When you choose "Sign in with Google", we request only the openid, email and profile scopes, and we store only your name, verified email address and Google account ID. We use them solely to create your account, sign you in and show your name on the site. We do not read your contacts, Gmail, Drive or any other Google data, and we do not sell this information, use it for advertising or transfer it to anyone else. Drama Chain’s use and transfer of information received from Google APIs adheres to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements.

How we use data

To unlock VIP for the right account, remember where you stopped, enforce the 2-device limit, match bank transfers to orders, count views to improve the site and reply when you contact us. We do not use your data for advertising.

Sharing

We do not sell your data. It is stored on Cloudflare infrastructure (the site’s servers and storage). When you pay by bank transfer, your bank processes the payment; we only see the amount, the transfer note and the sender name on our statement and in the balance alert email from our bank (kept with the order records for reconciliation), and never your passwords or card details. Usage statistics go to Google Analytics, run by Google, without your name or email. We disclose data to authorities only when the law requires it.

Cookies

The site uses cookies to keep you signed in, remember your language and protect sign-in against forgery. Google Analytics sets its own cookies (names starting with _ga) to recognise a returning browser. We use no advertising cookies. You can block cookies in your browser settings, or turn off Google Analytics with the add-on at tools.google.com/dlpage/gaoptout.

Retention

Account data and watch history are kept until you delete your account. Sign-in sessions expire after 90 days. Order records are kept for as long as accounting law requires.

Deleting your account and data

Email support@dramachain.tv from your account’s email address with the subject "Delete my account". Within 30 days we delete your account, watch history, follows and sessions, then confirm by email. Only order records the law requires us to keep are retained. You can also remove Drama Chain’s access at any time at myaccount.google.com/permissions.

Security

All connections to the site use HTTPS. There are no passwords: you sign in with one of the methods on the sign-in screen (currently Google). Only authenticated administrators can access order data.

Children

The site is not intended for children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect data from children under 13. If you believe we have, tell us and we will delete it.

Changes

When this policy changes, we update this page and the date at the top. Privacy questions: support@dramachain.tv.

Drama Chain vận hành trang xem phim dramachain.tv. Chính sách này nói chúng tôi thu thập dữ liệu gì, dùng vào việc gì, chia sẻ với ai và bạn xoá dữ liệu bằng cách nào. Liên hệ: support@dramachain.tv.

Dữ liệu chúng tôi thu thập

Khi bạn đăng nhập: tên, địa chỉ email và mã tài khoản của cách đăng nhập bạn chọn. Khi bạn dùng web: tập đang xem dở và vị trí dừng, các bộ bạn theo dõi, lịch sử mua (gói, số tiền, thời điểm, mã đơn) và danh sách máy đang đăng nhập (loại trình duyệt, lần dùng gần nhất). Khi bạn mở web: quốc gia đoán từ địa chỉ IP, chỉ để chọn ngôn ngữ và đơn vị tiền, và số liệu dùng web của Google Analytics (trang đã xem, loại máy và trình duyệt, quốc gia, nguồn bạn tới từ đâu) để chúng tôi biết phim và trang nào được xem nhiều. Xem phim không cần đăng nhập thì chúng tôi không biết bạn là ai.

Dữ liệu nhận từ Google

Khi bạn chọn "Đăng nhập bằng Google", chúng tôi chỉ xin quyền openid, email và profile, và chỉ lưu tên, địa chỉ email đã xác minh và mã tài khoản Google của bạn. Chúng tôi dùng các thông tin này duy nhất để tạo tài khoản, đăng nhập và hiện tên bạn trên web. Chúng tôi không đọc danh bạ, Gmail, Drive hay bất kỳ dữ liệu Google nào khác, không bán, không dùng cho quảng cáo và không chuyển cho bên khác. Việc dùng và chuyển thông tin nhận từ API của Google tuân theo Chính sách dữ liệu người dùng của Dịch vụ API Google, gồm cả các yêu cầu về Sử dụng có giới hạn.

Dùng dữ liệu để làm gì

Mở khoá VIP cho đúng tài khoản, nhớ chỗ bạn dừng để xem tiếp, giới hạn 2 máy xem cùng lúc, đối soát đơn chuyển khoản, thống kê lượt xem để làm web tốt hơn và trả lời khi bạn liên hệ. Chúng tôi không dùng dữ liệu của bạn để quảng cáo.

Chia sẻ dữ liệu

Chúng tôi không bán dữ liệu của bạn. Dữ liệu được lưu trên hạ tầng Cloudflare (máy chủ và lưu trữ của web). Khi bạn chuyển khoản, giao dịch do ngân hàng của bạn xử lý; chúng tôi chỉ thấy số tiền, nội dung chuyển khoản và tên người chuyển trên sao kê và email báo số dư của ngân hàng nhận tiền (email này được lưu cùng hồ sơ đơn hàng để đối soát), không bao giờ biết mật khẩu hay thông tin thẻ của bạn. Số liệu dùng web được gửi tới Google Analytics của Google để thống kê, không kèm tên hay email của bạn. Chúng tôi chỉ cung cấp dữ liệu cho cơ quan nhà nước khi pháp luật yêu cầu.

Cookie

Web dùng cookie để giữ phiên đăng nhập, nhớ ngôn ngữ bạn chọn và chống giả mạo khi đăng nhập. Google Analytics đặt cookie riêng (tên bắt đầu bằng _ga) để nhận ra lần quay lại của cùng một trình duyệt. Chúng tôi không dùng cookie quảng cáo. Bạn có thể chặn cookie trong cài đặt trình duyệt, hoặc tắt Google Analytics bằng tiện ích tại tools.google.com/dlpage/gaoptout.

Lưu bao lâu

Thông tin tài khoản và lịch sử xem được giữ tới khi bạn xoá tài khoản. Phiên đăng nhập hết hạn sau 90 ngày. Hồ sơ đơn hàng được giữ theo thời hạn pháp luật về kế toán yêu cầu.

Xoá tài khoản và dữ liệu

Gửi email tới support@dramachain.tv từ địa chỉ email của tài khoản, ghi "Xoá tài khoản". Trong vòng 30 ngày chúng tôi xoá tài khoản, lịch sử xem, danh sách theo dõi và các phiên đăng nhập, rồi báo lại cho bạn. Chỉ hồ sơ đơn hàng pháp luật bắt giữ là được giữ lại. Bạn cũng có thể gỡ quyền của Drama Chain bất cứ lúc nào tại myaccount.google.com/permissions.

Bảo vệ dữ liệu

Mọi kết nối tới web đều qua HTTPS. Web không có mật khẩu: bạn đăng nhập bằng một trong các cách hiện trên màn đăng nhập (hiện là Google). Chỉ quản trị viên được xác thực mới truy cập được dữ liệu đơn hàng.

Trẻ em

Web không dành cho trẻ dưới 13 tuổi và chúng tôi không cố ý thu thập dữ liệu của trẻ dưới 13 tuổi. Nếu bạn biết có trường hợp như vậy, hãy báo chúng tôi để xoá.

Thay đổi chính sách

Khi chính sách thay đổi, chúng tôi cập nhật trang này và ngày cập nhật ở đầu trang. Câu hỏi về quyền riêng tư, gửi tới support@dramachain.tv.
